CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

After your order is placed, you may cancel or make changes within 12 hours. Changes requested outside of 12 hours cannot be made as I am already working on your pieces 

CAN I RETURN MY PIECES?

I do not accept any returns currently, exchanges only

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

Sterling silver and 14k gold fill! These metals can last a lifetime if cared for properly. It is best to avoid contact with perfumes and lotions, as these things have the potential to oxidize your jewelry

If/ when your jewelry is exposed to these elements, make sure to rinse and dry them off, clean with a scratch-free cloth, and store in a dry air-tight space

DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?

Complimentary repairs will be offered within 30 days of receiving your order! Customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Please email and attach photos of the piece that needs to be repaired to infosimplyjulesjewelry@gmail.com

WILL MY JEWELRY TARNISH?

All fine metals will tarnish with time. We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry area (not your bathroom). Your pieces are very easy to clean – use warm sudsy water and rub piece with a scratch-free cloth

WILL MY FINGER TURN GREEN?

No. However, everyone reacts to metals differently. There are certain cases where a person's body chemistry will react to a metal, causing oxidization and leaving a green residue on their skin. This has to do with PH levels

I LOST AN EARRING

Contact me and I’ll send you a 50% off coupon to use on that specific pair of earrings! Unfortunately, if you lose an earring that had been discontinued or is sold out, I will not be able to make it's match

I DON'T KNOW MY RING SIZE

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE RING

If your ring is a non-custom piece (hand stamped with initial/ zodiac sign etc) please contact me within 10 days of receiving your order and I’ll exchange it for the correct size. Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. I do not offer exchanges for custom pieces at this time
