ORDER PROCESSING

SHIPPING CARRIER
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via Canada Post
TRACKING
When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking info. All orders will have tracking
LOST PACKAGES
Once I drop off your package at Canada Post, I unfortunately have no control over their handling. If your package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local Postal Office to assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package. Please contact infosimpyjulesjewelry@gmail.com to assist you in replacing your order!
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER
After your order is placed, you may cancel or make changes within 12 hours. Changes requested outside of 12 hours cannot be made as I am already working on your pieces
RETURNS
I do not accept any returns currently, exchanges only
EXCHANGE POLICY (CANADA)
Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are not offered for custom pieces (hand stamped etc). Customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Please fill out the form on our 'contact' page to start an exchange (state your order #!)
International orders, sample sale orders, last chance pieces + custom pieces are final sale
